Width

Measure length including pipes. It's better to have a cabinet longer than shorter. Add ½ to 1 inch to your length measurement. L + ½" Measure from floor to top of radiator. Your finished height will be as described below. No need to add extra to height. Measure width of radiator from back quarter round molding or kickboard to front of radiator. Most radiators are crooked on the wall so be sure to m easure widest point and add a ½ inch! W+½"
  • Cabinet will extend 3 inches wider on each side . Finished length will be 6 inches longer including the 1" side overhangs.

Cabinet will be 2½ inches wider than radiator width (including 1" front overhang).

Under Window

If radiator is under a window, dimensions 'A' and 'D' will be needed!

Most people prefer to have the top of their cabinet touching the back wall. Measure the thickness of your floor molding including any quarter round and you will have your "OH dimension".
